Data retention and deletion

Account and billing records: kept while your subscription is active and for up to 7 years after cancellation to comply with tax and record‑keeping obligations.
Platform/CRM contact data you upload: kept while your subscription is active. After cancellation, we will delete or irreversibly de‑identify this data within 90 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Marketing contacts (our own email list): kept until you unsubscribe or until it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
Technical logs and analytics: retained for a limited period to maintain security and improve the Services.
You may request deletion or anonymisation of your data where we are not required to keep it for legal or legitimate business reasons.
Data security and breaches
